Division of property siblings who are unwilling to sell off

Hello, We are three brothers and one sister. Our father passed away leaving behind a house interstate without any will. One brother (A) is living in that house and financially is not well off. Rest of us are living in our own house including our married sister. The sister and brother (A) are not willing to sell off house as A has nowhere to go. We two brothers want our share in the house. We had assumed that A would find another place to live with his 25% but that doesnt seem feasible to him. What are the options to divide/ sell off the property so that we can help our brother and also get a fair share in the house?

The two options to sort out things are to settle the issues among yourselves or to approach the court / District Legal Services Authority for partition of the property.

You have sympathy and want to help your brother.Better discuss among you and relinquisg your rights for considerations offered by your brother as it enables affectionate relationship among you.
