Sir my question is
when objection against exemption under limitation act raised by defendent is made after issue is framed or when the plaintiff file plaint to get exemption ?

When the plaintiff files plaint or application seeking exemption in limitation. Once his opportunity lost by defendant, he cannot raise this plea at later stage.

In law every is considered equalyou cannot escape any objection against expemtion under limitation.Opportunity lost is lost forever.
