Forged release deed

(Querist) 31 January 2020 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir, could you please help me to know how to proceed if the release deed is forged. I haven't gone to sub registrar office but my photo and finger print exists. Please help

If you did not go to the SRO, then your finger-prints cannot be tallied with that finger-prints taken in the document. so file a case in a court for cancellation of release deed.

You have not posted the material facts.

Even in Karnataka also, you have to file a case in the court of cancellation of release deed.

How did you infer and find it is not your finger print without vetting with original document registered with authority i.e., Sub-Registrar ?
It is advisable to consult/ engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

two aspects:
1. you signed and put your thumb on the documents but not gone to the SRO,
2. you didn't signed/thump the documents and also not gone to the SRO,
pls clarify

The facts posted by you raise certain question which require your reply. The onus shifts now. How your fingerprint appeared in the office of sub-registrar if you had not gone there? How have you come to know that finger-prints belong to you?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 February 2020
You need to furnish entire facts in detail so as to make the experts to reply on facts rather on surmises and conjectures.
