4)GST
5)If any franchise...then Franchise document.
that's it if you want to go like professional,go and get assist by local CA he will assist you best.

Apart from getting registered society or trust, as the case may be, you need to obtain written permission from the school education department of the concerned State as per their rules. Better to contact to local education department of State for this purpose.
