Dear sir/madam, We have a problem of evicting the tenant who has filed a civil case against us for getting his tenancy rights long term. We are made defendant and the case is running in the visnagar court since past 3 years. Kindly provide good and knowledgeable lawyer.

You may have to file an eviction suit instead of fighting only his injunction suit.
