Mutation case rejected

I have applied for mutation of 4 kattha land in month of august after 1 month of purchase of land in my block.
After 2 months my mutation case is rejected stating (Rejected:case may be rejected as per report and recomadation of kc and ci)
what should i do now?

prefer writ application under article 226 of the constitution of india before the Hon'ble High Court against the authority

Where (which state) the land in question is located?
What is the type of subject land e.g. agriculture, residential, industrial, commercial etc. ?
What is the reason given by revenue authorties for rejection of mutation ?
It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ relevant documents, guidance and proceeding if there is some truth in the story.
