Sir/Mandam,
i am a ca final dropout student and i have a good command in taxation i want to do L.L.B but by question is that is there any open university which provide private llb which is recognizable so in future i can do practice in in taxation and provide any representational service

Several universities offer law courses, including LLB (Academic) under distant education programs.

Among them, the following are top 5 universities offering Law as distance learning courses
(1) IGNOU
(2) Annamalai University
(3)National Law School of India University
(4) Madurai Kamaraj University
(5) Guru Nanak Dev University.

But, Law courses done through distance education through these universities are purely of academic in nature. The qualified candidates cannot practice in courts of Law. However, they can be employed in legal departments of companies/ corporations, as executives or legal advisers.

As per your interest in tax matters, the qualification can be helpful to you for practising as an independent consultant/ advisor. Must develop your career for which you have passion.
