Ansistral property sold by my father when we minors and purchased new property on his name. Today he want to dispose of it on his wish. A sons and daughters have any right to stop the disposal.

As per me you have right to stop your father from selling the property. You can approach civil court and file injunction application against your father.

Ji, How can you say that is ancestral property. Is your father obtain the property from his father from which generation?

He has all rights to dispose of his s "elf-acquired property.
Can you prove the property under sale was purchased out of sale proceeds of ancestral property?
