Hospital not paying money.

I am Rakhi Missra.

My husband died due to carelessness by Applo Hospital Gurgoan. I filed consumer case and I am fighting it alone.

The Forum has given me compensatoin of 20 lakhs. And the hospital has ont paid anymoney till now. So I filed executoin petition. Under 200 section. Warrant has been issued. The hospital filed appeal in state commission but it got dismissed. But they deposited 10 lakh wiht commission. Now how to get that money?

The hospital advocate has stopped appearing in execution case.

Next what to do? How to get the money from the hospital.?

Wht about rest of the amount? How to get it? I already filed 200 crpc application in forum. The judgement debtros and their advocte have not appeared in the forum. Nor got stay in commission. How to get rest of the amount?

The ball is in your court. Pursue the Execution Prtition.If they do not appear, it is for the forum to execute.Neverthless file a compalint u/s 27 in the trial court ie. District consumer forum
