We have an advocate staying in our society , who in drop of the hat sends notices , inimidates us with defamation and litigation . He has not been cooperating with the society development , and challanges each and everyhting through notice . Due to this the committe is fed up and members do not want to come forward to be a part of MC .
We effected members are tired of him throwing his weight around on small pretexts and constantly being harrassed with notices . We had a plumbing audit for leakages , he refused to allow the security and plumber to check the same .

Basically the query is more subjective than being vague.
You havenot indicated why and on what grounds he gives notice?
are MC members doing all legal work?
every society has one person or the other who chooses to be nuisance.
You have to see where/how he can be proved illegal.

Illegal work and mis-management only can be questioned in legal action. You can send answer to all the legal notices. And if legal notices are for no reason you have option to send him defamation notice.

Deputy Manager Mr. Sudhirkumar should not Comment the Advocate who questions as nuisance that too in our Advocates forum. Obviously some Non Advocates are only Nuisance here

What is the issue involved in your query is vague and not clear.
There must be some issue to be resolved otherwise no such person shall issue legal notice(s).

Treat him on the same footing as any other member of the society; no member need to be treated with a kid glove just because he may belong to an exalted profession.
