what is the questionnaire you received with attestation form. please read it again.
Jaydeep singh (Querist) 04 August 2019
The question is "Is Any case pending against you in any university or other institute/authority at the time of filling this form" ?? So do i have to mention my case. even if it was closed in the first year ?
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 04 August 2019
Ji, to me not necessary.
Jaydeep singh (Querist) 04 August 2019
@kavksatyanarayan Sorry sir! But please clear it once again?? I cant get you exactly. your words please clear
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 August 2019
you said you were warned in college. that does not mean any UFM case was pending/referred to university (unless you are hiding material facts)
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 05 August 2019
Show the warning letter to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, analyse and guide.
Generally such a letter (warning) have "no" impact on career/ prospect of a student.
Jaydeep singh (Querist) 05 August 2019
Sir. No warning letter given. Actually group of mine messed up with some girls. They complained it and we were asked to write apology letters. And submit it to proctors office. Where all the records being kept.
So is there any problem in that.i have to mention it on attestation form. Matter has been closed. But it is kept in collage record. ?? Do i have to mention?
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 05 August 2019
As per your posts, it is past and closed record. no problem.
Jaydeep singh (Querist) 05 August 2019

Jaydeep singh (Querist) 05 August 2019
