Non payment of salary dues after resignation

(Querist) 31 July 2019 This query is : Resolved
Please suggest the action for the above problem.
Employer had refused to pay the due salary and relieving letter after resignation. Job lasted for 4 months only and employer had not issued any appointment letter also at the time of appointment. Only offer letter was issued.
I request expert lawyers to suggest the action in this matter.
Employer is from hyderabad and place of work was at Mumbai.

First write a letter to the employer asking for the salary and releaving letter. If he refuses to pay the salary and issue releaving letter you may file complaint with the Asst Labor Commissioner who will act against the employer. As the place where you were posted was Mumbai, the concerned Asst Labor commissioner is the competent Authority.

Repetition of same story.
It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding, if you feel so.
