will u people tell me what is small cause court, where it is in delhi, and what is the way of trial in these courts?

A money suit relationg to a value below Rs.25000.00 will lie through small causes court. Tenancy matters rent control matters will also comes under thejurisdiction of this court.

please tell me where these courts are in delhi and what is the procedure of trial, can third party insurance claim of rs. 12000 can be filed in this court,
