Can a Retail Trader or Wholesale Trader can Take Loan Under MSME ACT ?
Kindly Guide me with Referance Section of MSME ACT.

In my understanding the MSME Scheme covers only manufacturing and service sectors. Necessarily, Traders do not come under the schmo. Anyhow, you may verify with the Nationalised Banks or District Industries Centre.
