We are 4 brothers. My mother is staying with my younger brother. My two elder brothers are staying separately. After my father's death, my younger brother managed to make a GIFT DEED in his name transfering the property. The property was on my mothers name. My mother did not know about this. My younger brother managed to get the flat transfer in his name from the society.
Keeping the above in view, what I can do to take my share?

Why anonymous? If the property is on your mother's name means it is her self acquired property and she has right to Gift it to any person.

She (your mother) is competent to execute "gift deed" for her self-acquired property. However, you may challenge the document in Court of law for cancellation of said "gift deed".
