Regarding Sat bara

Sir brother and sisters name entered to Sat bara extract after demise of their father in 1986. But brothers name shown in the column of possession and sisters name shown in Other Rigths column. Now sister wants their name to be in possession column. Pls suggest remedy as fast as possible.

Obtain "succession Certificate" from court through a local advocate. after obtaining succession certificate you put an application to the Tahsildar concerned marking copy to the RDO/SDO.

Why did you not take LR certificate of father since 1986 ?
Consult a local prudent lawyer for appropriate guidance and action.

Their names as a legal heirs of deceased father were already recorded by mutation entry in 1986. Only problem was that brother shown in possession and sister in Other Right. But otherwise thanks for your suggestions.
