i was removed from service one year before from bank without disqualified from future jobs..so i applied for state job and got selection in clerical job .

my question is during apply for state clerical job there is no need for mentioning past experience or past job..so i left infilled that box..
is it illegal not to mention past job during apply for new job( if not required any kind of experience fornew job)

i m joining my new and police has .given me character certificate

Dear Sir,
There will no issue if you are applying for jobs with private employers but it is will a issue of non disclosure of your previous employment if you apply with Government Employers.

It may be not necessary to mentioned however it does not mean that you can conceal the past experience. Be alert.

i m not conceal my past experience..many of my frnds who are doing job applied for the same post they also not mentioned their past job bcoz its just a clerical job and there is no need of any experience thats y i had not mentioned my past job.

i have mentioned ecah and everything which were asked during application..wheter any case is pending in any court of law i replied no as it was a case of department not any court of law and my case was closed now..
neither i m disqualified for any other future job ..i got my removal letter in which properly mentioned that i m not disqualified for any kind of future job ..
