Yes you have to mention in the column, all the cases pending in the court whether filled by you for maintenance or your husband for resumption of conjugal relationship.

Is this affect my joining??? Is it necessary to mention The case which I filed against him??

The cases disposed of may not be mentioned is not required to mention. However maintenance case filed by you is for you and your son, it's civil in nature hence nothing wrong in mentioning about it. For job requirements the trouble is with regards to criminal cases pending in any court or before any authority.
Both cases you mentioned are civil in nature not criminal so nothing to worry about them for your job requirements.

When you are asked to write about the cases against you in a form, what you have to write is the list of cases in which you are the defending party.

You don’t need to list the cases in which you are the petitioner or complainant. If the question is about criminal cases you don’t need to list the civil cases like the one in the family or civil courts.

That you have written something more does not cause you any problem at all, but it is always better not to write anything more than what is asked for.
