I made natural organic soaps, it's melt n pour base, I buy the soap base I don't manufacture aT home, I add ingredients to the base .should I need a licence . I don't have a manufacturing uni

For Handmade products no permission or licence is needed.However, you have to abide by the tax liabilities with the sales tax authorities or get exemption.

1. The mentioned query will require proper licenses and registrations from various relevant authorities (Excise, GST, Cottage Industry, Profession Tax, Local Municipal body etc.... ) PROVIDED the finished products are branded and sold on commercial scale.
