Survey number wasn't mentioned in our sales deed

One of my cousin has recently purchased a property which had survey numbers in all the link documents, but due to oversight he had prepared the Sale deed without mentioning the survey number by oversight which got also registered only with Plot number & even the building permission has been issued. We would like to know if this would have any legal issue going forward (while applying for Occupancy certificate , applying for bank loan Etc.)

In future it will become problem. Hence request the vendor to execute a rectification deed for the registered sale deed with actual Survey Number and get it be registered.

Unbelievable and impossible situation stated in the query.
However, if there is some truth in the story, show the document of Sale Deed to a local prudent lawyer and get a Rectification Deed registered.

Sure will get this done as per your advice, What would be the issue in the future in case if we ignore this as he plans to retain this property with him only forever.
