My case is running in family court .
I have filled petition with supportive evidence and filed affidavit too ..

Defendant only submit written statements , not willing to filled supporting afffidavit ...
Even defendant and her lawyer fails to attend d court case ...

Court stage is on argument of exh...

Will the judgment in favour of plaintiff if defendant fails to submit affidavit and never appear in court ...

Better discuss, what is the opinion of your own lawyer and how he wants to proceed in your case?

Hope your lawyer is quite aware of the fact that defense of the accused cannot be expected to be at the whims and fancy of the petitioner. Your lawyer, himself has to devise the ways and means to adduce proper evidence before the judge of the case.
