My quarry is that whether a separate petition is to be filed U/s 25 of P.W.D.V. Act apart from section 12 of P.W.D.V. Act???

Yes for getting order from the court to set aside or pass discharge order made u/s18 for protection order separate application is to be filed by aggrieved person.
