Safty of women employees

Dear Sirs

Is there any requirements specified in the Act of Tanilnadu S& E and Mumbai S&E that the employer is required to make safe transportation arrangements for women employees working in night shifts in software Companies? If yes what is it and if not is threr any guideline or notification which I can refer.

No acts are there for transportation. If you facing any discrimination you can approach the Court of Law or Police Station. But your company have to arrange some legible transportation to the women employees.

I think there will be some guidelines in this regard from the collector office of your area you can ask it from there. In Gurgaon (Hr.) there are guide lines in this regard, but no Act has been made by Govt.
