I am person with loco motor disability of 65% and submitted a certificate to the Bank. Further, I have claimed conveyance@double the normal rate applicable for person with disability as per government guidelines.
But, Bank has issued me a charge sheet for taking action against me with an intention to impose punishment.
1. Whether I can challenge the Bank in the High court of Odisha ?

What is the charge against you in the charge-sheet?
What does the guidelines of the Government exactly say about conveyance for the Handicapped. Give the complete reference details of the Document like OM No., or Circular No. and date wherein the govt. guideline is given.

You have to clarify the following:
1. Are you by any chance The Chief Executive of your Bank?
2. Whether you draw your own pay and allowances YOURSELF and debit the bank account, or your pay and allowances are being drawn by some other Section and you only get the credit to your account?
3. If you are not the Chief Executive of your Bank, did you ever represent to your higher authorities for grant of higher conveyance allowance? If so with what outcome?

Facts, as posted, lacks clarity. How is the charge-sheet related to your alleged eligibility for enhanced conveyance allowance?
Anyhow, courts are slow to interfere in disciplinary proceedings except on the questions of law or malice which is apparent on the face of the records.
