Are there any properties? your query is not clear. state full facts. for properties, the legal heirs of the property can be devided as discussed and decided by them.

It's just me and her in order family. We are not able to cope up well with each other since a past few years. We have given a lot of chance to our relationship l, but it didn't work. So we have come to this conclusion of separation.

Few years back in chennai K2 Ayanavaram Police Station the Son was even arrested and sent to Prison for not taking care of his senior citizen father. Property and other things are immaterial in these matters and Children are legally bound to take care of their Parents.

Yeah right... N.J S. Rajkumar alias narasimha sir. Where we call our country Bharat Mata... There itself girls are being raped. Why don't you protest there before knowing what my real issues are ?
Because of my Mother's lack of responsibleness towards me I was sexually harassed by her second husband's brother when I was as small as 3 years old & 3rd husband when I was 15. I couldn't complete my education because of her. I started working at the age of 16 and payed my own education bills. She still wants to live her life in freedom and doesn't want to take my responsibilities so she has decided to leave me. And I want it legally done so that she has no rights to contact me here after.
