If there was no sufficient evidence to prove the ceremony of the two marriages performed according to the religious customs and rite of the parties, court will discharge or acquit the accused from the charges of bigamy.
What all evidence the prosecution placed on the court record of two marriages of the accused the court goes through and if there is any clarification required can seek the opinion of the counsels of both parties.
Your bigamy criminal complaint can only succeed if both marriages of your husband with sufficient evidence get proved to hold him guilty otherwise he walk out free from the charge of bigamy.
Most such criminal complaints fail as not properly prosecuted by the prosecutors and all required evidence of actual marriage ceremonies brought on the record of the court, only irrelevant evidence of the wedding function is brought on records with witnesses telling how much they enjoyed the fest served to them in the wedding, no one telling anything about actual marriage ceremony taking place.

In addition to above you can appoint advocate who can look after proceedings in the court and this may help your case.
