Preschool in housing society

Dear Sir,

We are running preschool in housing society on rent , any guideline for running pre- school in housing society.
please guide

Relate with society bye laws framed in accordance with Model Bye Laws/Act/Town planning Act/Development Authority Rules… applicable in your state..and precedence’s in such matters..
You can also inquire with LOCAL MC and become properly informed what action can be taken if some complaint is lodged against you..

Also clarify to society that said school would be for commercial gains (activity) or charitable cause and pursue for NOC..by submitting written communication under proper acknowledgment.
If society has permitted other such schools then IT may permit you also.
Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in society/civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/revenue codes … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..for a considered opinion..

my school entry from shop attach with flat but flat neighbor purposely knocking door and fight with staff . in society bylaws any specification for school running.
