Can a wife claim Maintainence even after getting one time alimony during mutual divorce.

Yes she can claim but will that application allowed or not by the court depend on the facts and circumstances of the case.

After settlement in a mutual divorce with a one time alimony a further additional demand for maintenance is void, however it depends on the mutual consent agreement submitted to the Court.
