Yes your wife will be provided information about your salary on the basis of the RTI application filled by her. There is latest M.P. High Court judgment in this regard where the wife has been allowed right to know information about salary of her husband.
HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH W.A. No.168/2015 in re: Smt. Sunita Jain vs. Pawan Kumar Jain and others. AND W.A. No.170/2015 in re: Smt. Sunita Jain vs. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and others.

I stick to my above view.

I am afraid she cannot. Because salary particulars are personal information backed up by fiduciary relationship between employer and the employee. No public interest can be shown by the wife to secure the same. Kindly refer to the supreme court judgment in Deshpande's case.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 13 June 2018
I stick to my above opinion on RTI.

Yes, she can obtain information of your salary Slip through RTI as your services comes under Government Services. As per rule, all state, central and government undertakings need to provide information as per RTI if any one interested party can sought.
