Respected legal experts,
our anchestral property given to a developer.more than two years passed as per agreement landowners flat is not yet handed over to us.he is not replying to notices.
where we should file the case against him.pl.advice.

File your case in consumer court or civil court.

you may file criminal case against developer but prior to do, it is better to consult a local lawyer with all documents.

consult a local lawyer along with agreement done with developer. Remember as per provisions of RERA Act a landowner is a co promoter not consumer.

Respected sir,
we are five in number as landowners.as per agrrement with promoter/builder along with cash amount(already received) only one flat we have to get.the flat allotment/possession letter should be in the name of all the five members or not?
Pl advice
