My father wants to transfer his own property to me alone. What will happen,I have one brother and two sisters
What will happen in future,if my father transfer his own property to me without consenting remaining my brother and two sisters

No consent of your brothers and sisters is required to transfer the property, if the property is in the name of your father. However family disputes cannot be overruled with allegation that you have grabbed the property in deceitful manner.

Your father can transfer the self acquired property to you by way of gift deed. Further consent of your brother and sister is not required so there will not be any question in future.

Yes, your father has the absolute discretion; he does not require the consent of his children.
