Transfer of developer share in joint development agreement

Dear Sir,
Development agreement between Society & developer is Registered. Power Of Attorney in favour of developer is registered. Developer has complied with all liabilities of the joint development agreement. Society's share is handed over. How to get the developer's share transferred in the name of the developer. Will it attract additional stamp duty Kindly reply as soon as possible.

The Development Agreement need to be verified. as per your query, now the developer transfered his share to the society requires stamp duty as a sale. the stamp duties are vary from state to state.
