regarding the mobile conversation record as proof

hello,
as my sister filled 498 case against his husband for physical & mental haressment.
i want to know that can we get the mobile conversation voice-record from the mobile operator so that we can show it as evidence
if yes then how to get he records?
plz suggest

Mobile operator do not record every conversations of the subscribers.

You should have recorded it through your phone.

Such evidence is very difficult to procure and moreover it is very feable evidence.

if cort understand dt the proofe is admissiable dn it can be recorded.
other wise not.
but some thing is better is nothing.

Although voice-recording is an important piece of evidence to be admissible in the court but it is impossible to procure when things had past.Let bygone be bygone. Start new forgetting about past.
