Non creamy layer

Respected sir my husband belongs to OBC and we need to apply for the non creamy layer certificate. My husband's permanent address is from Aurangabad. We shifted to Vasai 15 years back .we have not made fashion card also .we live in a rented house of our relative .The qstn arises is the office people needed permanent address or rented recept which we don't have..what are the other options.please guide.Thank you.

If your husband belongs to OBC and if your Family 's annual income is less than 800000 INR you would be treated as OBC non creamy layer.Get thi9s certificate from Local Tehsildar or MRO.

Ms. Usha Kapoor: Yet another irrelevant answer from you without even understanding the query.
The querist is not asking the eligibility condition for obtaining Non-creamy lawyer OBC Certificate and wherefrom to obtain it. On the contrary, faces a problem in obtaining the Certificate due to non-possessing any documentary proof like Ration Card, Rental Agreement/receipt, Permanent Address proof etc.
The querist wants to know how to overcome the problem and what other options are available to him/her.

A Tenant has all the Rights to get benefits like Ration Card , Election ID , PassPort and Aadhaar Card etc. If you are not Paying Rent obviously there can not be any Rental Receipt But the Actual Owner of the Premises could certify about your stay in their premises as Rental; Free and the Officials concerned should not object it. If any objections meet the Senior Officials with the Certificate from actual owners regarding your stay. Or any Councillors Or MLA could certify about your stay which would be valid.

You get Voter ID, Rental Receipt Adhaar Card,Driving licence.ration card etc as Passport is for affluent sections only.
