DV act time period

Hello, I filed DV ACT 2005 against husband in November 2017, and its may 2018 running. What is the time period of completion of DV ACT 2005, as i heard it is 90 days, in which we get final decision. PLEASE HELP...

Uncertainty is the name of any court case with no definite timeline for finalisation. Keep patience. nothing remains in the hands of the litigants when a case gets started in the court.

Final decision may take many years to come. What is stated in Act of 90 days is just like showing chocolate to a child to make him attend school that too when he enters is out after 12 years.
