Sir Maine dvc case file kiya hai through private..lekin jabse case start hua hai tabse hearings me case aage nahi jaara..just dates par dates dete jaare..aise hi 8 months ho gaye hai..abhi tak husband ne surf vakaalat naama daala hai..puchne oar lawyer bol rahte hai court ka procedure hai..time lagta..mujhe har hearing attend karna padra..ye case long chalta bolre lawyer.. So I want to know..as a petitioner mujhe court hearing attend karna kab kab zaroori rahega..aur agar mai hearings escape karu to kya hoga..court me to much ho hi nahi raha to mera hearing attend hona kitna zaroori hai..mai bahut pareshaan hu..justice k liye court me case kiya hai..ulta mujhe suffer hona pad raha hai..plz mujhe detail information de aur guide kare..thanks

Write Hindi or English but not Winglish, otherwise consult a local lawyer.

Bilkul nahin, yadi aap case of properly pursue nahin karna chahti hain. Kya bharosa, aapki absence mein aapka vakil aapke virodhi vakil se mil jaaye. Okhli mein sar diya hai toh mooslon se kya darna. Case kiya hai toh properly pairvai kariye, nahin to case ladne ka koi fayda nahin.

Approach your own another very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family/civil matters and having successful track record ….. and worth his/her salt …and discuss in person and even with seasoned PIP and proceed in best of your interest.. ASAP.
For such counsels; Check at LOCAL Family courts, Civil Courts, HC,SC……..

Look a fake expert with unreal name, Mr. Kumar Doab, has appeared with his 3 continuous irrelevant post just to add scores to his credit.
However, you would be justified to ask Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert with unreal name, how to find a "very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters and having successful track record ….. and worth his/her salt." But beware, that may be his trick to trap you by referring to some other fake expert for whom he may be working as a tout or commission agent.

Thank u jigyasu sir ..mere case me kuch nahi hora..ant Ki speed se case chalra..pareshaani me insaaf k liye maine case kiya tha..yaha to sirf dono Ku ghumaare..Maine to koi crime nahi kiya hai..phir mere liye ye punishment kyu? Insaaf maangne waale Ku hi courts k chakkar lagaate raho bole to ye to mere hi saath injustice hora..aisa mai kab take karu..chaar saal ya paanch saal..ye to ulta pareshaani ho gayi mere liye..aisi halat rahi to koi bajboor insaan insaaf maangne b darta..
