My father in law farmer in Uttar Pradesh right now but he live in Gujarat since 35 years now he want to buy agriculture land so he become farmer in Gujarat ? Can he buy agriculture land in Gujarat ? What�s the process sir ?

Your father in Law be8ing a farmer can buy agricultural land now in Gujarat and cultivate the land.
AHMEDABAD: A farmer from anywhere in India can now purchase agriculture land in Gujarat. Terming a Gujarat government policy, which prohibits farmers from other parts of the country from buying farms in the state, discriminatory, the Gujarat high court on Friday said they would be considered agriculturists and can purchase land in the state.Please click the following link for further information on this issue.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.
