Licensee shop transfer or not through will

Dear Expert,
my mother died with execute WILL on my favour one licensee shop its in New Delhi,
can i go to probate on my favour

Yes. The Indian Succession Act, 1925 decrees that a probate is official proof of a will. A probate is issued to the executor, or the person who is authorized to implement or execute the will and thereby adds a legal character to the will.

IT is not mandatory to probate the WILL in Delhi..

Dear Expert,
It is NDMC- New Delhi shop, as per NDMC Policy After death of licensee, license cancelled but council may continue to give a licence to legal heirs on subject to the condition that all other legal heirs submit a NOC in favour of legal heir(s) whose name is to be added in the licence. please advice any possibility
