Non providence of fnf and salary slips by pvt ltd company

Hello All,
I joined a company (on 27th Sept 2017) by the name of XXXXXX systems Pvt. Ltd.(based out of Bangalore India)---Make software and clinical management solutions for doctors. I was asked to join at Delhi location as Senior Sales Manager(Sales role)----[the 1st line of offer letter states-"We are pleased to offer you a full-time position in XXXXXX Systems Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore on Consultancy basis"---Again this thing was hidden from me and I have all the recordings and emails of altercations and discussion with HR and National Zonal Head regarding it. This was not made clear to me by HR inspite of my repeated reminders and mail.]

After working there for around 2 and half months I faced many HR related issues like salary getting credited after 20 days, non-providence of Salary Slips, Travel expenses not getting approved and there was no transparency on it etc..So, in the best interest of myself, I resigned (my performance was good)

I was open to serve the notice period(30 days as mentioned in Offer letter) and asked my manager that I can serve full one month's notice period. But my manager, who is the Senior Zonal Manager, Mr. Kumar, said that my resignation has been accepted and I was not in need of serving my notice period and I will get my full FNF within 1/2 months.

Now after resigning in the month of December 2017, I have been continuously asking them for my salary slips and FNF(have mailed my Manager, HR and company's CEO...They released some amount in the month of February but are still unnecessarily holding my pending amount along with all my salary slips since the day I joined this company.

A speedy issuance of my FNF and salary slips were assured by the company HR and my manager when I left but please note here that:
1) I have been continuously giving them the reminders about my 3 months salary slips.
2) Giving them reminders about my pending FNF.
3) They haven't provided me with any experience letter even after assuring the same.
4) Giving them reminders that I need to fill in my tax, and for that, I require Form 16 or associated form.(I will get some money if I am able to fill Returns properly but for that, I need salary slips.)

I have all their call recordings and whatsapp replies with me wherein they say they will give my FNF and slips but till now has not given/provided me with anything.
Now they are also not responding properly. HR always says, dont call,"whenever they have the money they will give otherwise wait...These are his wordings...They have been continuously buying time on calls and are not at all replying on emails.
Mr. Kumar always say that I will get my money and salary slips but since last month even he isn't giving any satisfying reply or any timeline for my FNF.
I have even mailed and whatsapp'd the whole thing to the CEO. Even he isn't replying.

I am as such very much distraught now and want to have some action against the company.
PLEASE SUGGEST what to do?

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!
What is this establishment; GOvt, private, Commercial, Industrial?
What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?
How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
How many persons report to you?
Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?
You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?

Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?
What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?
Does the establishment have its appraisal system? Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? How was your performance?
Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?
Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge, NOC/NDC……………?
You may revert to relevant points.
Name of company etc is not required so don’t post names etc .

Mr. Akshay, you will be justified to ask the fake expert with unreal name and unknown location, Mr. Kumar Doab, for what purpose he has desired such a vast data and how he would help you by using such a vast data in any way? Be careful and think at least ten times before providing such data, as whenever he notices particulars of some S/W or H/W engineer, by asking such a vast date, he tries to lure him in to his trap in hunting the persons for his terrorist groups, as he is doubted to have some links with some such group.

You may serve a Notice on the Company through a Lawyer seeking immediate/time bound resolution of the outstanding issues.

IT can not ask anyone to ask anything from anyone.....

IT's own record for employees and more so from IT/ITeS companies, Computer/software engineer is so bad that IT can not be repaired.........

IT did not know either the rules or enactments or laws or judgments or notifications by govt applicable to such establishments and employees

IT want to conceal IT's failures and nuisance littered in such threads that are available under IT's profile and at LCI................

IT has been calling LCI a terrorist outfit...


IT has been branding Experts that illustrate and cite for the benefit of employees anything that one can not imagine leave apart Terrorist

IT has been insulting querists, members, Experts, LCI Admin from day I daily in all threads............

The main reason is IT's inner private frustrations and not being able to understand and learn despite tutorials given for years................

The employees from trade/profession preferred for insult in this thread also have been posting for IT=@PSD

that IT must not post any response to queries...........initiated by employees

IT want to scuttle discussion in this thread also.............

The information asked from querist is specific and not at all personal........

The querist has been asked not to post name of the company.............

IT=@PSD has been querist (Employers or attorney's of employers) to transfer all employees (50-100) from cities on borders with Pakistan to borders with China.......

IT is easy advertisement / money making than providing some something to resolve the queries.......

Without any hesitation you may post your response to all points pointwise ,....

You can also search thru search option threads on similar queries and ( type key words) and you shall get access to threads and exact applicable sections/rules/notifications/laws and citations.....applicable in your case....and exact authorities that are to be approached

Even unions of your trade that shall support you for any support that you may require..........

Properly informed Employee can resolve with own skills also...
If your preference is to find a very able LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and having successful track record ... and worth his/her salt ...........check at LOCAL Labor Court/CGIT/CAT/School-Educational Tribunal/HC/SC/Civil courts..............

The unions can also guide you to such counsels............and FEE may be so reasonable that it is almost negligible...

Only a person with unsound mind, like Mr. Kumar Doab, cannot distinguish between an alert about a fake person of doubtful integrity and advertisement. He should make clear for what purpose such a substantial information of private nature is sought by him, when he was supposed to suggest merely a simple solution about fnf and salary slips?

The employees fr the trade have recently also asked IT=@PSD to Get Lost and that LCI is not personal property of Fathers of IT=@PSD.....................IT will post the link for everyone.. As usual IT=@PSD started threatening the querist and without any success...


Someone may even post that LCI and propriety of posts of querist, members ,Experts is not attained by selling family jewels of IT and does not belong to IT's..............

IT=@PSD may do Nakal ( from Nakalachi) and post all links of all threads in whihc tutorials were given to IT by Shri Kumar Doab

and post specific information

Mr. Kumar Doab, you are quite agitated due to extreme irritation due to your adequate exposure. Must take some tranquilizer to ensure not to spend restless and sleepless night.
