maintainence from husbabd

if the husband is not working and has no income even to feed himself and has huge amount of debt of banks to pay can wife claims maintainence, only the husbabd has 1 property in his name

what is wife doing? how is she maintaining herself? any service, business?
Able bodied Husband is bound to maintain his nonearning wife.

Earning or not earning no means to file a maintenance case. As per your statement husaband have one property. The property may be attached to receive the maintenance form him,otherwise he will be sent to judicial custody till the payment of maintainance.
