No mention of party-in-person appearance in a criminal case

(Querist) 16 January 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hello Experts,
I was fighting a criminal case (IPC 376). After the court recorded statement of first witness, I decided to appear in person (party-in-person) in the matter. The court also allowed me. Eventually, I was acquitted. The court announced judgement and gave order. In the order, name of my lawyer has appeared. And the court has not mentioned anywhere in the order that the accused has appeared in person.
Now, to get a certificate/letter from the court saying I have fought the case in person, what can I do?

Being the party, you can file copy application.

Isn't that enough for you to get acquitted in a 376 case?

Isaac Sir,
I have got copy of the order. But nowhere is mentioned that the accused appeared in person. Technically its not relevant, but for a person who fights his criminal case in person, its relevant and important as well.

What is loss for not mentioning as "party-in-person" and name of your lawyer who had filed his vakalatnama (subsequently you have withdrawn).
What is the dispute?
If you have any grievance against the order/judgment you should file an appeal in appropriate Court.
