You file divorce case against the husband on the ground of cruelty or any other available ground under the divorce provisions of the marriage Act under which your marriage is covered, e.g. Hindu Marriage Act,1955 etc.

You have to file a Divorce Petition with the help of a good lawyer by mentioning strong grounds against your husband for seeking divorce.. no other option.
