Visitation rights problem

Dear Experts,

I am from delhi.
I have taken mutual divorce 3 months back. In settlement deed it was mention that custody of child ( 5 year boy) will be with her mother and she will get the child for meeting with me on every first sunday of every month.

But she never did that , When i called her i got to know she has changed her phone no.

So, I approached family court for compliance of settlement deed. Court summoned her but summoned was returned by her parents stating that their daughter is not living with them and they don't know her present address.

kindly guide what can i do ?

You please engage a private detective agency and find out your estranged wife's whereabouts and then give a legal notice to her regarding your visitation rights to your daughter.Also once you know your wife's whereabouts you immediately inform the court court may issue summons to your wife regarding visitation rights to your daughter and also demand her to appear before the court on a certain date.If she refuses to appear before the court in response to summons she may even be arrested with non bailable arrest warrant.

I don't know about the intention of Mr. Sankar Narayanan, but surely, Mr. Kumar Doab (unreal name and fake expert) appears just to play a number game merely for the sake of adding scores to his credit, even though he does not know ABC of the subject matter.

Very insensible advice of Ms. Usha Kapoor! Why to engage a private detective agency just to trace your wife, merely to facilitate visit to your child on weekly basis?

Don't worry for the time being and be carefree. Just wait and watch, she would automatically come forward for the sake of claiming maintenance charges. Then settle your bargain with her.
