Hi
In 1990 my father purchased a chawl house and in 2002 my mother sale it to a person and in 2005 it went into sra redevelopment but in 2017 still the flat is in my father name how can it possible and allotment letter is also given on my father name what can be done ?

I s it a 'chawl' or a flat? Was the purchase/sale through registered conveyance? What do you mean by 'still it is in my father's name"?

It was a chawl while my mother sale. And in later 2007 it got demolish. And in 2013 all people got possession.the location is in andheri west

And he says he has not signed any documents and also did do any registration that time it was my mom who saled she only took money
