Respected Sir, We are two children to our mother.My mother received a property (in Chennai)from her Brother through settlement deed.But my mother REGISTERED that property in my sister's name through settlement deed without my knowledge.Do I have rights to claim that property?At least can I drag that case for years from Court to court?? Can i file a case in court? Pls give me advice, thankyou

The property that is of nature self acquired can be disposed by owner in anyone’s favor.
While there is NO dispute between the settler and settlee you being outsider in such deed might have NO right.
Instead try by requesting your mother to give you some other property.

You may obtain mutation records with all link docs and show these to your own LOCAL counsel and discuss in person and if you wish you may post the opinion of your counsel.

Sir is there a time Limit to challenge this settlement deed I court? It's been more than 3years since my mother registered the property ( through settlement) in my sister's name.

What do you want to challenge over property in which you don't have a right? The property is derived from settlement deed between brother and sister, and you have no right to claim.

@Mr. Kumar Doab,
4 (four) vague posts of Mr. Kumar Doab (unreal name) as of playing a number game to add numbers to his credit.
When Mr. Kumar Doab has already made three posts in reply to her questions, the most vague becomes his very first reply, where he has asked the querist to confirm, if she was Hindu!
If Mr. Kumar Doab does not know that 'Sangeetha' is a Hindu name, that itself denotes that he himself is not a Hindu man, but has certainly assumed a FAKE Hindu name 'KUMAR Doab'!
Moreover, what additional advice Mr. Kumar Doab proposes to give to give the querist, if she confirms that she is Hindu?

Very good questions that openly give vent to your revengeful intention with your mother and sisters. However the reply to your queries are as follows:
(1) Do I have rights to claim that property?
