Registered gift deed

My father made a Registered gift deed of a property on my name which was mortgage in chit fund in 2015. Now in 2017 he cleared his loan and made loan release deed. Is the old gift deed is valid? If not should I re-register the the gift deed. Pls advice
It's my father's self earned property

There should be No Issues Please.Obtain an up date EC and confirm it with concerned Registrar.

Now that loan is cleared or repaid or mortgage debt repaid the mortgaged debt redeemed. the original original property which was subject to mortgage debt got redeemed. No fresh gift deed registration is necessary. As my learned friend Mr..narasimha advised you update with 12 years EC to clear your title and make it strong.

You have stated that your father executed and "registered" a gift deed of a hypothecated property which has subsequently been released, which I find the property had a claim over the property on the date of registration of said "gift deed", which is invalid.

I once again repeat there could be No Issues once the mortgage is cancelled and presently your self would be the absolute owner of the concerned property. First obtain the EC and confirm my opinion with the concerned Registrar please

J form not yet reached the municipal council...once reached will reduce the mortgage name and will apply for fresh EC
