Not getting FNF and Reliving letter

(Querist) 25 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Hi Sir/ Mam,

I worked with Revmax company for 1yr and 6 month. I served 60days notice period as per policy. Got sign on my HOTO and clarnace form cleared from manager and HOTO person. But after 85 days of leaving organization at the time of fnf they had made my fnf zero from rs.17000 by giving some rubbish remarks of mismanagement of data because of which company faced loss. I don't know what to do. It is all done by that MD. Company is not giving proper relieving anyone they are doing this kind of foolish thing to spoil employee career.

I got 2 time increment and promotion. My records are clear but still they are saying that manager has given remark on clearance. How they can put any remark without my sign and in absence of me. Please suggest. What I can do in this case.

If you are an officer cadre you first issue a Legal notice to MD for not settling your F&F. If they don't send a reply or sends an unsatisfactory reply you approach civil court stating that despite getting increments and promotions without any remarks or some vague remarks(actually there are no remarks otherwise no increments and no promotion)The Management is not settling your F&F and pray for your F&F and relieving letter should be released forthwith. You file an injunction suit in which you pray the court to issue a perpetual injunction to the top Management of payment of your F&F.and relieving orders forthwith.

A civil action lies. As the first step, you may serve a Legal Notice.

I agree with expert advise of Mr. P Venu, issue legal notice followed by filing a suit through a local lawyer.
