Legal Heir Certificate to be obtained from concerned Tehsildar Office /Revenue dept.Discuss with concerned Dept for the procedures/application.It is very simple and no assistance would be required

Check if your state/location issues such certificate by the term posed by you...
Check if your requirement for the purpose at your hands is Family Certificate...

The establishment where you wish to submit should be satisfied with legal heir certificate that is issued by O/o Tehsildar.

Submit requisite forms and fee if any.

This is a Family member certificate. So I'm of he opinion that Any relative of theirs give a notarized Affidavit that so and so is a family member 0f them.and how close his relation was to them or him.

I agree and appreciate the expert advise of Mr. NJS Rajkumar @ Narsimha and Mr. Kumar Doab, contact your area Tehsildar personally with proof of your residence and relation with deceased.

Ungrateful author is not expected to press the button of "dislike" for the social service (FREE OF COST) rendered by impersonating expert, vigorously accumulating "likes" without proper legal advise
