Missing person property sale

Sir, my dad has many houses in his name. But he is missing to sign the documents to sale the property. What are documents required to transfer the property to my mom (his wife) and children.

Search for your missing father. Lodge police complaint about his missing, and if he is missing for more than 7 years get order from the court declaring him as dead, so that his properties can be mutated in favour of his heirs. After all this process you can sale his properties.
