Sir i purchased a land in 2011 from sc and i am in genral category. Somebody says your property has been taken back by the seller or his relatives when he wants. Sir please tell me what i do to save my property.

Before buying SC land you should have been careful and refrained from buying.It is a prohibited land under the law.It will revert to the SC leaving you high and dry.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.
It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
